Error loading our ad block

    We’re running advanced ads 1.55.0 and wordpress 6.6.2, and we have a couple of issues. First off the ad block that rotates ads won’t load and the admin for the plugin isn’t displaying correctly (maybe an issue with compatibility with 6.6.2?).

    The error we get when trying to load the ad block:

    Your site doesn’t include support for the “advads/gblock” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I am not aware of a general compatibility issue with the latest WordPress version, and the tested up to WP version number will also be adjusted with the next update.

    Please ensure possible browser ad blocking extensions are disabled while working with Advanced Ads.

    Can you please specify for me, are we talking about a manual Advanced Ads block in your Gutenberg editor, in the sidebar settings or somewhere else?

    • Is this showing on your mobile version of the editor or the desktop?
    • Which theme are you using, and does this also happens while using a standard Theme?
    • Are shortcodes working as expected?
