Error loading the whole Blog front and back end

I am working for a blog, but it disappeared after it blew its bandwidth (I had one of those standard signs of blowing bandwidth). So as soon the server gave me more bandwidth, nothing of my wordpress blog is able to work at all. The front and the back is not working. The back and front end are complety blank. Any help? I also went to the error files, and I get this error (Which I do not know if it is related:
