  • Hey, disable all plugins and clear your browser’s cache. Problem solved?

No, that didn’t solve the problem. Links for activate button is ‘javascript:;’

Also I can’t edit forms, i only have the background of the page.

    Task Scheduler connection is successfull

I delete and reinstall the plugin with downloaded folder.

It didn’t work again, i can’t send mail and navigate in settings menu …

Thanks for reporting back and trying to reload the plugin.

Strange because you’re the only person reporting this issue which suggests that either a plugin, your theme or your server environment is causing the issue.

We would need access to your site to diagnose in detail but this is out of scope of the free support. :/

    This also happens to me.
I tried deleting cache/cookies and disabled all plugins – didn’t work – still getting blank screens with ‘MailPoet is not defined’ in the console.

I have a different site on the same server that Mailpoet 3 works great so i’m not sure it’s a server error.

any idea what it could be?

    thanks

    I have the same problem.
I can’t edit forms, can’t edit newsletters, can’t change settings.
Anybody there, who could solve the problem?

    B.

    any updates on this?
I’ve updated mailPoet to latest version but still can’t see nothing and error is still there ??

This seems to be resolved for me once I updated the server to PHP version 7.1
