error may or may not be related to eshop

    Hi elfin,

    First off, I want to say thanks for an amazing plugin.

    Since I upgraded to WP 3.0 on one of my sites, I’m getting a plugin error that is somehow related to eshop.

    I’m using a plugin called DMSGuestbook and when I try to delete a guestbook entry, I’m getting this error:

    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/motor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dmsguestbook/admin.php:3425) in /home/motor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eshop/eshop.php on line 914

    Based on WordPress documentation, I suspect this error is related to DMSGuestbook (see “How do I solve the Headers already sent warning problem?” on this page: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/FAQ_Troubleshooting)

    However, I thought I’d ask to see if you have come across any error like this before.

    P.S. I should note that DMSGuestbook entries were successfully deleted and the errors did not appear to negatively affect my eshop.

  • eShop needs to use sessions for the cart to work. It looks like the other plugin is outputting something to the screen very early on. This interfers with sessions, so all i can suggest is you disable the guestbook plugin, sorry.
