Error mentioned when backing up

    PHP event: code E_WARNING: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/cpanel) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.com/:/tmp/) (line 408, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php) (Mar 03 17:24:36)

    The above error message came up when backing up website. It seems to have been backed up OK but just wondered why it was saying this? Thanks.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.
