error message

    I receive this error message :

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_option() on a non-object in /home/qplwysjc/domains/teambuildingguide.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/modules/custom-redirection/custom-redirection.php on line 93

    when I add the [theme-my-login] shortcode on a page and someone tries to log in with a wrong password.

    However, I do not receive this error when on https://www.domain.com/login and someone puts the wrong password.

    Same. Except the error only occurs if the user tries to login user the TML widget. If they actually go to the page where the short code is on, and login from there. Then there is no error.
