Error Message

  • With each keystroke on my keyboard I receive the following error message in WordPress:

    The page at https://www.understandingdc.com says:

    blokcUI requires jQueryv1.2.3 or later! You are using v1.102

    I’ve looked for jQuery1.2.3 to update my system with no luck.
    Once I push the OK button I’m sent to where I want to go. Everything works correctly on a separate WP account using all the same software and hardware.

    Can anybody point me in the right direction?

  • You are currently using a bad theme or plugin. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
