Hey there! We have installed the newest version of your plugin, but whenever someone tries to comment on a blog post, they’re getting this message:

ERROR: please fill the required fields (GDPR checkbox).

The problem: You can’t see the check-box anywhere. It’s just the same old comment section as before. Could you please help us?

We’re using the theme “Rosalie” –> https://wordpress.com/theme/rosalie

Our comment system is the preset-version that was already installed. We’re using the plugin “Akismet Anti-Spam”.

I have the same Problem as therecipettes.
Theme is Chosen, no comment-plugin.

Hi,

The problem is the combination of Jetpack comments and highlander comments.
This overrides our code.
We will search for a solution and keep you updated.

Hi,

Tomorrow we will release version 1.4.1 of WP-GDPR Core.
This update fixes the conflict with the Jetpack comments (and Highlander comments).
