    Hi,
the error message in the country selection dropdown is not in the language of the website, but in the browser or operating system. Testet with Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari. This can not be adjusted in the settings.

Can you help me with this?

    Hi @schillerd,

Ahh you mean on the frontend of the site on the webinar registration form. The questions and responses for this form are populated by GoToWebinar and not the actual plugin. What we do is suck the registration data from GoToWebinar and then display it on your site. So what you need to do is change the language of the webinar on GoToWebinar, please see this article: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar/help/customize-your-webinar-g2w020002 (Edit the date, time, timezone or language)

Once you have updated your webinar in GoToWebinar you will need to clear the cache in the plugin settings or wait 24 hours for the new registration form data to show. Please note, you can only clear the cache once every 24 hours so keep this in mind (what I am saying is change all the languages you need first and then clear the cache, don’t update the language on 1 webinar and then press the clear cache button and then do the next one as it won’t allow you to do it and you will need to wait).

    Thanks,

    Hi,
thank you for your prompt reply.
The webinar is set in English. All other error messages are in English, too. The error message changes, depending on which language the operating system has.

Ahh sorry, I thought you meant the options of the select but you were clearly talking about the error message, sorry for not listening more clearly. These input fields use HTML5 input fields and the browser is responsible for serving the error messages here. We dont provide an option for this because I dont believe this message can be easily over written, and even if I could I would actaully want the browser to do this anyway as it makes sense for this message to be in the users language and not limited to a specific language from an option.

    Thanks,
