Error message

    I was alerted by a user today that when they tried to leave a comment they were given an error message. They are a subscriber to my site. When I checked the activities section I noticed her comment was marked as spam.
    The error message that displays in the following:
    ERROR: Sorry, human verification failed.

    I created a subscriber username and had the same result. I also saw my comments were marked as spam.
    I’m also using good recapcatch as well. Are there any suggestions to solve this issue?

    I recommend disabling reCAPTCHA for your logged-in users because it looks like the active theme prevent WP Cerber from validating reCAPTCHA properly. The setting is “Disable reCAPTCHA for logged in users”, it’s located on the reCAPTCHA settings page.

    Instead of reCAPTCHA you can use a built-in anti-spam feature, just enable “Protect comment form with bot detection engine”.
