Error Message

  • Receiving error message where the form used to work without incident.
    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    We reconfigured our mailserver to bypass all SPAM Filters, we changed MX records to point directly to the mailserver. We installed Easy WP SMTP Email and can send from the website without issue. So, it’s not an mailserver configuration issue.

    I wanted to download and reinstall an previous version of Contact Form 7 that used to work, but can not find an older version despite your instructions.
    Because of the realtor’s plugin, we are still running PHP 5.4 with the latest version of WordPress. I would like to try an older version that may support 5.4

    Ok, it is a Contact Form 7 Issue. If I downgrade Contact Form 7, the form sends again. Now I have to figure out how to downgrade without losing all my data.
