I have the premium version of this plugin and have this at the top of every page:

“At least one Authentication ID has been entered in the Premium Licenses settings page, but the WPSSO Update Manager add-on is not active.

This complementary add-on is required to update and enable the WPSSO Core Premium plugin and its Premium add-ons. The WPSSO Update Manager add-on can be activated from the WordPress Plugins page — please activate this complementary add-on now. When the WPSSO Update Manager add-on is active, one or more Premium version updates may be available for your licensed plugin and its add-on(s).”

    YET
The WPSSO Update Manager is updated and active. How do I get rid of this message?

Unfortunately, the www.ads-software.com forums are limited to supporting free plugins only. You’re welcome to open a ticket on our Premium support system at https://surniaulula.com/support/ if you have any questions or issues related to Premium features.

It sounds like you may have a cache issue – this can happen on some hosting platforms that use very aggressive caching techniques that resist refreshing or updating of cache objects. Try clicking the SSO > Tools and Actions > Clear All Cache button. Please open a ticket and let me know if that resolved your issue. ??

I would but I have to register a new account there since it seems my email doesn’t work. It tells me to enter the CAPTCHA correctly after I put in a username and email but there is no CAPTCHA to enter.

    “ERROR: Please solve Captcha correctly”

There isn’t one. I tried it in Brave and Chrome.

Also, clearing the WPSSO Cache as suggested did not work.

BTW it’s odd that my email address isn’t in there since I purchased the plugin using that address.

Since I can’t login to the prem. support area, I will post this here. After deactivating WPSSO Update Manager and then Activating it again, I get this message. I changed SITEDIRECTORY and SITENAME from the original site names. All of these plugins show that they are up to date. I am using WP 5.5

The captcha plugin is incorrectly reporting an error on password reset pages. You can use the username and password you provided when registering – there is no need to reset your password. The captcha issue on the password reset page will be reported to the captcha plugin author and will be fixed shortly. ??

Yeah I get that you aren’t going to help me here.

I don’t have my password. So I tried to get it using the email I used. It tells me the following when I try to reset my password:

Error: There is no account with that username or email address.
    ERROR: Captcha failure.

So I try to register. It won’t let me do that because of the captcha issue. So… you keep telling me that i need to login there to get help. BUT I CAN’T. SO HERE WE ARE.

The reset password page will not work if you have not previously created an account on the Premium site. The “Register Now” page does not use captcha, so you should not see that message. I just tested and created a user, then created a ticket, without any issues. Perhaps you were not using the “Register Now” button? https://surniaulula.com/support/

Look, I used the email address in the original email I received. I can’t help it if YOUR site is broken.

It sounds like you may not understand that anyone can register on the site, or that the purchase process is handled by PayPal, so there is no account creation included, as PayPal handles all authentication and payment processing. If you want to create an account, then that is up to you. As I said, anyone can click that button and create an account.

OK so going directly to ‘create new account’ from the main page rather than ‘create new account/register’ from whatever admin/wp page does not work. I have submitted a ticket.
