Error message

    I just installed GTranslate and everything seems to be working fine except sometimes I’m getting this message.
    ‘Not acceptable. An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server . the error was generated by mod security’
    What is this please and how do I fix it?

    Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. I contacted the GTranlate chat service as well as my hosting. The agent from GTranslate gave me a list of all of GTranslate’s IPs to whitelist, but my hosting managed to fix it by whitelisting my own IP. So far I haven’t encountered the problem again.
