Hello, when testing the “test” mode I get an error message. Do you know of this and how can I fix it?
” No such customer: ‘cus_JSqnMNhLzFc4fL’; a similar object exists in live mode, but a test mode key was used to make this request.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi @labalme

When you switch the plugin from test mode to live mode you need to refresh your checkout page.

It sounds to me like you updated the mode in one browser window but didn’t refresh the page where you’re processing the order.

    Kind regards

Hello @mrclayton , unfortunately I had tried to clear the browser cache. I also just launched the site in private browsing with another browser (so without open session) and the problem is the same. I also tried to deactivate all the plugins and activate the default theme and unfortunately it does not work either…
I don’t see where the problem comes from, could you help me?
    Thanks

@mrclayton Moreover it works with other stripe plugins (but I want to use yours because it is the best).

Do you have a some kind of caching enabled? It’s possible the JavaScript variable that contains the publishable key is being cached on the checkout page.

Another option is you can navigate to the edit profile page of the word press admin and scroll down to where you see your stripe customer ID and remove it and save.

    Kind regards
