If you open two times the same page (on two tabs) with helpful integrated and vote one time, then close this tab and going back to the open one and try to vote again, the following error message occurs:

Notice: Undefined variable: response in /blabla/blabla/domain.de/wp-content/plugins/helpful/core/modules/class-frontend.php on line 218

    Note: Debug Mode On

    Can you fix this?
    Thanks

Hi! Thank you for your feedback.

    Should be fixed with 4.4.42.

    Stay healthy!

Well, the error message has disappeared, but the surrounding greyish box is still there.

You can reproduce this bug if you vote, open a new page and then go back with the browser button to the last page. There, you can vote again if no browser reload happened. The result is an empty box.

    Apart from that, great plugin!

I can reproduce the error this way, but I have to think of a solution first – which I haven’t thought of yet.

The browser does not reload the page when going back, which is why Helpful is still shown. Here I have to check with the help of the history. Let’s see how I solve this.

    Thank you!

Should be better or even fixed with the current version (4.4.43). Please read the changelogs if you don’t see the fix.

    Thank you for your feedback!!!
