    Hello Team,

Everything is working fine but if I click on any of my Instagram posts through this plugin a new tab opens up with the below error message:

    “Oops, an error occurred.”

[bit.ly link removed by moderator. Please do not use bit.ly links as they have been abused in the past.]

Insta feed is located on the left sidebar.

    Thank you

    Hey @shoptak,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Testing this on your site today, I was unable to replicate this issue. When clicking on an Instagram post, it takes me to that correct post on Instagram.

If you still have this issue could you first clear the cache in your browser, as well as test another browser? If the issue persists do let me know and in that case, also let me know which browser and device it is you are using.

That being said, the “Oops, an error occurred.” is a known error, usually due to your connection or having an incorrect Instagram Login, or even if there is a temporary issue with the Instagram site itself. You may need to ensure your Instagram login is working as expected.

Let me know if you need further guidance.

    Best regards.
