The error you are getting (a 500 status error) typically means there is something wrong with the permissions on your website. On what page of the feed configuration are you getting this error?

Thanks for the fast reply.

When i click on create.

When you click on “Create feed“?

When that is the case there is a permission issue going on on your website. Did you install our plugin through the plugins section of your WP-admin dashboard using the admin user and/or are you using a permission/security plugin?

The plugin is installed in the wp-admin dashboard as administrator.

In wich map save the plugin the data from the feed for the permission? So i can check this.

That error is gone.

But i have now the error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted

We have already size up the memory, but it don’t work.

How can we fix this?

When you enable that feature it really should have solved the issue at hand. Are you on the latest version of our plugin?

I have deactivated all plugins and activated again.

Its working again.
