    I am getting the following message when someone signs up for my newsletter using Mail Poet

    “There was an error subscribing to MailPoet. Subscriber added to lists, but confirmation email failed to send: there was an error when sending a confirmation email for your subscription. please contact the website owner.“

    I have checked my settings and have the site set up to use Mail Poet Sending Service. I have seen posts saying I need to reset my account with Mail Post (or something to that effect). Any assistance greatly appreciated!!

    1. What is causing this error
    2. How do I fix it
    3. If it is the sending service how to I reset it.
