Error message after migration

Hello,

I have migrated my WP website to a new platform and upgrade some pluggins…

My page doesn’t respond anymore… None of the menu…

When I click on a menu, here is the message :

Not Found The requested document was not found on this server. Web Server

And I have also has a fatal error when going trying to go on the homepage from the dashboard :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 118784 bytes) in /NAS3/vhosts/TF62260/permasens.org/public_www/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2153

What should I do?
