Error Message after running Updraft

    Today I was creating an backup, but got two errors.

    First was “Google Drive: Invalid request (refresh token not present).” and then it displays the error message “An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job (Mai 16 10:24:23)”

    I’m using backups storage option via ftp since a few month and got never problems with Updraft.
    Any hints what can cause this error?

    Hi,

    Can you please perform the re-authentication step for Google drive from UpdraftPlus > Settings? Then run a new backup again. Do you still get the same issue?

    Have done it. After a new backup the Error Message dind’t show up.
    Hopefully it’s okay now. ??
