    Dear TipTopWebDesign,

    Could you please delete the shortcode and insert it back again? Maybe you had older version of the plugin causing shortcode issues. Thank you.

    Yes, did that, but it hasn’t helped. Just to hide it I adjusted the CSS to give it a negative top margin. At least it’s not visible now.
