images won't upload after wp upgrade

  • Every site I’ve upgraded has had its share of headaches, that I’ve overcome. However, this is new:

    ““ArtsCultureDist.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /home/e/8/0/24382/24382/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    Well,everything worked fine before the upgrade. Site in question is dtlna.org.
