Error message answering the comment in the admin area

  • The custom comments fields in my blog works correctly, as you can see in – https://www.meujoelho.com.br/lesao-meniscal/
    But the problem is answering emails, just in the admin area.
    When I enter in the admin area -> comments. I cannot “answer and aprove” the comment, the system displays an “error” message, as I wrote in the “error message”.
    I am using a “text input” and a “select box input”
    I disabled all plugins and the problem persists.
    The problem is just in this plugin.
    Can You help me
