    Hi,

We get an message in the Settings of Security by CleanTalk:

    2024-08-01 22:55:39: Update der Firewall: EXCLUSIONS: COULD_NOT_WRITE_TO_DB_EXCLUSIONS: Table ’server_xyx.wp_spbc_firewall__personal_ips_v4_temp’ doesn’t exist

There is no such table wp_spbc_firewall__personal_ips_v4_temp, but wp_spbc_firewall__personal_ips_v4.

    Could you please help me.

    Kind regards,

    Marco

    Hello Marco,

Please click the ‘Synchronization with cloud’ button in the plugin settings:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General settings

If it does not help, try to reactivating the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Hi,

Sorry for my delay, I was out of office.

Your procedure helped partially. When I checked the db, the tables “wp_spbc_firewall__personal_ips_v4” and “wp_spbc_firewall__personal_ips_v6” were not there. When I deactivate and activate the plugin, they were there. When I ran the malware scanner, they disappeared again.

It’s hard to say at the moment why it happens.

Please, send us the following for better understanding the cause of the issue:

    1. Your PHP version
    2. Your CMS version (also, is it MultiSite or Single)
    3. The link to the cache solutions if you use any
    4. Your webserver error log (it could be found in your hosting account)

You can send the log either via email:
    [email protected]
    Or create a private ticket:

    Waiting for your reply.

    Hello @mschnyde,

According to your logs, I suspect this issue is related to the W3 total cache plugin. Could you please clear all cache on your site, then reinstall our plugin and check this issue again? If this does not help, please add our plugin to the exclusions. Perhaps you also have the Database Cache option enabled in the W3 Total Cache plugin, try temporarily disabling this option.
