• Hi.
I keep getting this message on a couple of sites I maintain. This message did not appear before and there have not been problems sending out emails before. I send out emails with Gravity Forms plugin.
Something must have changed in this plugin?
If I send a test mail out, then the error message disappears until the next time an email is sent out by Gravity Forms. So the error reappears frequently.
I know for a fact that the body is not empty, because I can see with the Email log plugin, that all emails have content.

EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.5.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    Message body empty

Consider running an email test after fixing it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @vayu,

The error delivery message is logged when the last email sent from your site failed. In this case, it’s failing because of an empty message body. Possibly there is something other than Gravity forms sending the email without a message at the same time. You might want to switch to the default theme and deactivate other plugins to identify that email. Some email logging plugins do log failed emails as well.

    Thanks!
