Error message – Can’t Access Anything

    Hi, I am trying to access the Dashboard, slide-ins, pop-ups and all give me this error:

    “Error thrown

    Call to undefined function determine_locale()”

    ——–

    Can you help?

  • Hi @hollywoodonlocation,

    This seems to be related to outdated PHP or WordPress used on your site, can you tell me which versions do you use?

    Could you update WP to the latest version and PHP to at least 7.2 and see if the issue is gone after that?
