error message Creating default object from empty value in …

  • Hi!

    I get the following error message on https://greenfilmnet.org (only when logged in!):

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/.sites/838/site2533937/web/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-xprofile/classes/class-bp-xprofile-group.php on line 771

    … and then, when I submit a search, I get the same error message again on https://www.greenfilmnet.org/members/, and there is just empty content (no search result).

    Any idea what the problem could be?

    ONCE MORE: HAPPENS ONLY WHEN LOGGED IN!

    Hi Markus,

    I’m unable to replicate this issue.

    Could you temporarily switch to one of the default themes (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Two) and see if your site works properly with PHP 8.0?
