• The powerbi dashboard are not working due to this error: Access token has expired, resubmit a new access token.

    Do you have any suggestions for fixing it? We’ve attempted the following solutions:

    • Our token on Azure-Power BI connection is valid till 2025.
    • The clear cache on the page does seem to temporarily?fix the problem. We cleared the cache, I was able to see the reports OK, but only when I was logged in to a WordPress Administrator account.
    • We disabled “catching the page”. The problem still exists
    • When I visited the page as a guest visitor, using Incognito/Private, I received the error message and the Power BI dashboard did not load.
    • We are not showing different versions of this page to Administrators vs normal users, so why it works on one, but not the other, is strange.
