    Everything works well as far as processing goes.

    However, when a client enters a wrong card#, the field simply shows a red outline.

    For most of us, that is an indication that something is wrong with the card#, but many (especially the chronologically experienced users), just don’t get that.

    Is there anyway to get an error message displayed in a small popup tooltip or similar that let’s the client know what the problem is?

    This is actually something we don’t control from our plugin. The whole Stripe form is coming straight from Stripe. For something like this it would be best to send your suggestion to the Stripe team since there isn’t anything we can do about it on our side.
