    Hi Teresa,

    After which specific action are you seeing this error? Does this occur after using a form that is built by the plugin? Does it happen all the time or only occasionally?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
    Yes, it is written on the plugin dashboard. It has an x next to the error and a redline on the left edge.
    Thank you.
    Regards.

    Hi Teresa,

    On the MailChimp foR WP > MailChimp settings page, did you enter your (correct) API key? You can check if it’s the correct one by using the link below the input field, which links to the page in your MailChimp account where you can find your API key.

    Hi Teresa,

    Sorry for the delay in replying. The error message doesn’t actually tell us what is going wrong, so I think it would be best if you contacted MailChimp support and then ask them to look into this. They should be able to view the actual error and know what is actually going on.

    Supplying them with this information should enable them to look up the error:

    {“type”:”about:blank”,”title”:”Internal Server Error”,”status”:500,”detail”:”A deep, internal error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please contact support.”,”exception”:”7eb9e7fff8921402f2de993d54f08b7c”,”instance”:”603cfe9d-47f5-4010-8df7-c4c541bbc822″}
