Error message from twitter feed post

I recently added a home page to my blog but after doing so I find that when the twitter feed up dates my post to twitter and facebook that the link no longer works and has an error message.

The twitter feed has https://stressfreewitheftsite.com/feed can someone please tell what changes I need to make so that when it does feed the link works and the reader is able access the blog article. This is the error message that opens up
