    This is caused by another plugin, or your theme, or a “hack” you’ve added to your theme’s functions.php that returns the wrong value for the tiny_mce_before_init filter.

    Try disabling all other plugins and switching your theme to Twenty Fifteen and check again. If you don’t want to do that, download all your plugins and your active theme with FTP to your computer, then search in the files for ‘tiny_mce_before_init’, then comment out the line(s) where it is used and upload the edited file back to the server.
