Error message if Recapatcha cookie is not enabled

Hi I wish to implement in my Enfold team this specific code in functions.phop (see topic)

Practically it shows an error message if Google ReCaptcha cookies are disabled by the user. It actually works, but the message is the standard “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” I wish to change the output text with something more specific (e.g. “You must enable the Google cookie to send messages”)

Is that possible? Thanks
