    Hello everyone,

For nearly a week now, each time I’ve tried to connect to my WordPress login page, I’ve only been able to display a technical error message reading:

“Le site rencontre des difficultés techniques. Veuillez relever la bo?te de messagerie du compte administrateur du site pour obtenir des instructions.”

Meaning: “The site has encountered some technical difficulties. Please check your administrator mailing box to receive instructions.”

Problem is: I’ve received no instructions whatsoever, and I’ve got no idea what could have caused this problem since I did not nothing but mere content updates for the last few months. The site was starting to get full, but at worse it would prevent me to upload new files, NOT prevent me from accessing it.

I’m a bit at a loss, here. Anybody got any clue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Technical Difficulties usually means there is problem with a file….
Can you access your webhosting account?

    If yes:
1-create a backup copy of your database and files
2-contact your webhosting account support team to request assistance to temporarily rename* the plugins folder in the WP-Content folder. This might help you access the login to WP-Admin area and start to troubleshooting/fix issue.
3-contact your webhosting account support team to request assistance to temporarily rename* the themes folder in the WP-Content folder. This might help you access the login to WP-Admin area and start to troubleshooting/fix issue.

*renaming the plugins and themes folder will deactivate the plugins and themes.

    Hi,
Take a manual backup of your file and database first
    Then
    1. Go to wp-content/plugins- rename the plugin name
like- pluginname(current name) after rename something- (old-pluginname)
Then try to login if still same problem then do rename your current theme.
if does not work back to plugin folder name and update wordpress core file
Note: Take a backup first to avaoid any unwanted issue
    Thank you
