• Hi!

We are using this plugin for our clients website. Our client has their own user account for their website and is managing bookings through your plugin.

Lately they have been getting an error message in their user backend:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [placeholder for domain]/wp-content/plugins/restaurant-reservations/includes/Dashboard.class.php on line 40

When we are logged in as admin we are not getting this error message. It only appears for them (author or the user role “booking manager”).

We tried setting up a fresh WordPress and only installed your plugin. Everything was updated and we didn’t install any other plugins or different themes than WP’s twenty twenty that could cause any incompatibilities. The error message was still there for the author and booking manager user role.

We tried the same thing using wpsandbox.net and we did not get any error messages there.

We would very much appreciate any help regarding this error message!

    Hi @doffine,

This issue looks like it’s related to the translation issue that you brought up in an earlier thread. Once the translation issue is fixed, would you mind letting us know if this is resolved as well?

Also, it’s generally a bad idea to offer login credentials for your site or FTP, as someone with access to either of those would be able to do all kinds of bad things to your site. If you’d like to know more about the guidelines around what not to post, you can find that information here:

    Hi!

I have the same issue. When an user with a lower role than the
administrator accesses to reserves dashboard displays the next errors:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home1/sitedomain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/restaurant-reservations/includes/Dashboard.class.php on line 40

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home1/sitedomain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/restaurant-reservations/includes/Dashboard.class.php:40) in /home1/sidreriapamplona/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1196

I have not a lengague plugin installed and I do not know where to looke for.

    Could you help me?

Thank you so much in advance.

    Hello Rustaurius,

we never intended to post any login credentials in this WordPress forum.

The other “translation” issue is not resolved yet. We are not using WPML or any other plugins as stated above. I hope you can help us out here – we are not able to fix this problem.

    Hi @inakibs,

What’s the language setting for your site?

    Hi @rustaurius,

The site’s default language is spanish, but as I said, I do not have any other language plugin.

Thank you for such a fast answer.

    Hi all,

We just released an update (version 2.0.10) that (hopefully) corrects this error. The error was caused because the page name in the plugin were being automatically translated for sites in different languages. Please update the plugin to the newest version (remembering to clear any cache) and check to see if it corrects the error you were seeing.

    Hi @rustaurius,

I installed this plugin through a theme I purchased in Themeforest a few days ago. I tried to download the plugin and replace the scripts with the old ones, but it still display version 2.0.9 instead of 2.0.10.

Should I remove completly? There is any problem with the theme I did purchase?

    Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, any issues with a third-party theme are not something we can support.

As far as not being able to update to version 2.0.10, that’s exactly what I’d recommend. Try completely deleting the plugin (you won’t lose any data) and then installing/activating it fresh.
