Error message in themes

  • I keep getting this on a number of themes I like. How can I fix this?
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: language_attributes() in /home/httpd/vhosts/todaystransactions.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/searchfriendly/header.php on line 2

    or this one Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_the_tags() in /home/httpd/vhosts/todaystransactions.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/new-golden-gray/index.php on line 36

    just open the file and uncomment the function causing this problem.
