Error Message : Internal Server Error

  • I was trying to copy the original website’s content to the test domain which is on aws server using wp-clone plugin, but every time I paste the copy URL into the new site to restore this is the message I get. Please tell me what to do. The video makes it look so easy!

    The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:

    Error Message : Internal Server Error
    Temporary files created in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted

    My original websites’ wordpress version is 3.9 and the test website wordpress version is 3.9.2..

    Is the the wordpress compatibility error?
