    Hello,

I always test before buying, but I’m having a slight issue. When someone leaves a review, they are asked to check the “I have read the privacy policies” box, which is normal. However, my issue is that if the person doesn’t check the box, no error message appears, and the form is submitted as if nothing happened. Naturally, I don’t receive the comment because the box wasn’t checked.

When it is checked, everything works fine.

How can I activate this error message, please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

While I’m at it, and to avoid creating 10 topics for the same page, how can I adjust the client’s image to a reasonable size? Right now, the size is way too small. I can’t figure out how to do it in the CSS. Is it a setting I’ve missed?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I saw 2 review form, and on this form: https://share.nmblc.cloud/1c8db5c7

I can see the error message is still triggered right: https://share.nmblc.cloud/a99b7645

But when I scroll to the bottom of the page, I can see another form which is still our form, but the submit button is not ours, there’s something interfere the button and cause the issue with message you’re experiencing: https://share.nmblc.cloud/be565213

For this, I supposed there’s a 3rd party that cause this. However, I don’t know which one. Could you please run a conflict test to identify?

    Best regards.

Hello, it’s very strange. I deactivated all the plugins, and everything started working again. But when I reactivated them one by one, everything continued to function properly, so I’m not sure where the bug is coming from.

It could also be an issue that arises from specific settings. Identifying what might interfere with our Submit button can be quite challenging. However, if it’s functioning well for now, I think we can leave it as is for now.
