  • Can we get a response to this please. The same error is occurring for two of my sites but the plugin is working perfectly on my third site. What’s happening is that the transactions go through, they appear in my test Stripe dashboard and I get the confirmation emails. But after you input your info in the modal form, it does not re-route to the front-page but gives error messages.

Hello, sorry for the delay, i don’t get any alert when a support ticket is posted…

I checked for any white space in the files but didn’t find anything…

@bryan868 apart from the warnings, is the plugin working as expected? What kind of hosting are you using?

@starchristos can you detect a difference between the 2 sites that get the warning and the one that is working?

“But after you input your info in the modal form, it does not re-route to the front-page but gives error messages”

What errors do you get? (Are you talking about a transaction simulation?)

Please give me as much information as you can get so i can find what’s going on, i don’t get those warnings in my environment.

    Best regards

Hi Nicolas! I cannot detect a difference. Please try it at these links, it’s still on test mode. You will see the error messages https://wearesavant.com/packages, https://studiobanner.com/packages.

Hi @starchristos, i won’t see the warnings as i am not a logged in user.

I tested the button and it seems to be working.
You can set up success and error pages to inform the user with the right message.

Do the warnings appear when you save options in admin area? Or when you test a transaction?

Both, warnings appear when I save admin options as well as after the transactions. Success and fail pages have been set up, what I am saying is that they are not routing but giving error messages on two of my sites. Thanks.

    Hello @starchristos, hello @bryan868,

I updated the plugin after rewriting the validation process, please update the plugin and let me know if that work out for you.

    Best regards

The update worked! Thank you so much Nicolas, appreciate you!

Hey Nicolas, actually can you send me the prior version. The plugin stopped working on the one site it was actually working on previously *shrug https://justemboss.com.

    Hello @starchristos,

    I’m sorry to read that.

In order to understand : the two sites the plugin wasn’t working on, is now working, and the one that was working, isn’t now, is that correct?

You can find all the versions here at :

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/direct-stripe/developers/

    Best wishes,

Correct. I’ve installed version 1.1.2 and it’s working again now, if you check the link.

    Hey,

I am really surprised because versions 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 are exactly the same, I just jumped across 1.1.2 because in the file direct-stripe.php the written version is still 1.1.1! So there is no change in the code, just one commented area that changes….

Could you give it a new try with 1.1.3?

    Thank you
