Error message on form settings page

Hello,

On the Constant Contact Settings page for each form, I receive the following error message: Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-constant-contact/api/cc_class.php on line 181

It also will not load my Contact Lists.

WP Version: 4.7.3
Plugin Version: 3.0
PHP Version: 5.6
