Error message on form submission

  • Hi, you say it use to work before. Do you know what changed before it stopped working in all the browsers? Did you update any of the plugins or theme? Can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.

    Yes, it definitely worked and people are contacting me to advise they’re getting error messages.

    Yes, I can deactivate all the plugins and see if it’s any of those. Was just hoping there might have been a quick answer because others was experiencing this too. And no, I don’t know what changed before it stopped working.

    I think it must have been wp-spamshield plugin. I believe that had a recent update so something must be causing the problem with it. I’ve deleted it now and it’s working again. Thank you.
