error message re: redeclare permalinks

  • My domain is carlavan.com & has a wp site uploaded. I added a subdomain for another wp site:
    guidero.carlavan.com

    Yesterday I uploaded a new site to the subdomain but I am unable to log in to admin. This is the message I get:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare iis7_supports_permalinks() (previously declared in /home/carlavan/public_html/guidero/wp-includes/functions.php:3476) in /home/carlavan/public_html/guidero/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 403
