Error message "RuntimeException thrown"

    Nextgen 2.0.66

    Full error “RuntimeException thrown

    /homepages/6/d522219732/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/widget/form_gallery.php is not a valid MVC template”

    I get this on my admin side of editing when trying to add or edit a page or post. If I disable the plug-in then everything is fine.

    I would love to get any insight on this issue. Thank you!

    I would be happy to upgrade to a paid level if that helps get this resolved. Hoping to use your plug-in on a site going live by July 1st.

    Also I am using the Leather Diary Premium 1.1.11 version.

    @pixelhated – If you have access to the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options give that a try … if you do not have access to that option please submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get you the external Reset Tool plugin which may help sort out this issue.

    I do not have that option, just an option to “manage tags” so created a Bug Report and referenced this thread. Thank you Cais.
