Ah, I see sorry for the confusion.

This error is because Contact Form 7 is a prerequisite for using this plugin. Please install that: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7/

Thanks Scott! Managed to install the pre requisite plug in already.

By the way, can the form capture a field for “no. of tickets” then multiply the total amount for payment in Paypal?

Hi cherlinong,

This plugin just works on the backend under Contact Form 7. It doesn’t control how your form looks at all. If your form has a misalignment problem then that is a problem with either Contact Form 7 or your theme.
