ERROR message – The URL is not cached

    I recently installed SG Optimizer.

    I also have another plugin WP Fastest Cache. When I use both plugins simultaneously, everything works well, excellent GTmetrix performance, and no error message.

    But Siteground does not recommend having two cache plugins. So when I deactivate WP Fastest Cache and use only SG Optimizer, I get poor GTmetrix performance, and when I click link to try to cache site within the plugin, I get red error message that the URL is not cached.

    So why doesn’t SG Optimizer function properly on my site? It only functions when I have the other plugin WP Fastest Cache activated, which doesn’t make sense.

    You can use more than one caching plugin on your application but this could lead to potential issues due to the several caching layers. Based on the provided information, it seems that our SG Optimizer plugin is not properly activated.

    Could you please provide us with your domain, so we can take a look at the reported issue?
