Since the latest update some of our members using Safari are unable to upload images. I use a PC and can only test on a 2012 version of Safari which works ok. Seems to be the latest version of Safari. The error message received is: [U012} Error in upload: An unknown error occured while uploading the data.

I don’t have access to Safari myself, but I just got someone else to check on our club site and they had no problems uploading (or downloading) with the latest version of entrywizard (1.3.6)

Could it be an interaction with another plugin? Or did it happen after updating EntryWizard only? If you find a plugin conflict, please let me know.

Unknown Error often means that the EntryWizard code running on the server was not actually reached. The issue may be in the javascript.

It might be informative, if you have someone who can do that, to examine the javascript log in Safari right after this failure. That is usually accessed by something like right-click, select inspect, then look for the Console tab or link.

Thank you for your advice. Turns out it was a javascript error caused by a plugin we use, autoptimize. I’ve excluded ewz-upload script from the plugin and seems to be working fine.
