[P2] Error message when changing title widget

  • Hello,
    when I try to change the title of the “Recents comments” widget I’ve got this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_delete_recent_comments_cache() in /home/blablabla/wp-content/themes/p2/functions.php on line 932

    Any idea ?

  • weird, I just got this error too. are you using wpmu or wp?

    here’s the deal:

    1. this is a very small function that was somehow deprecated and/or removed from WP recently.
    2. It doesn’t matter. the title gets updated anyway. despite the error, the widget title will update.

    can’t wait for the p2 2.0! do we really have to wait for WP 2.9?
