Error message when click on Save Permalinks

    After deployment and click on Save Permalinks I get the error message below:
    Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/server122/public_html/wp-content/plugins/like-button-plugin-for-wordpress/include/fb_meta.php on line 169

    I also get this error message when I try to access any pages such https://www.server22.com/about.php.

    The URL is https://www.server22.com, I get the same error message.
