Error message when I access my site

  • I keep getting this error message when I access my site. When I refresh the browser, it goes away.

    “Warning: ob_start() [ref.outcontrol]: output handler ‘ob_gzhandler’ cannot be used after ‘URL-Rewriter’ in /home/thesimon/public_html/wp/wp-includes/functions.php on line 829”

    Any idea why this might happen?
