That page does not exist because you are already running on wordpress.com. Change the url to your new domain name that you setup on Dreamhost.

You should be able to access <your-domain.com>/wp-admin after running the one click install on Dreamhost.

You stated you wanted to move from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. www.ads-software.com software requires your own domain name. Here’s some good information from friends of mine about moving form .com to .org:
